How to request parts

If you are looking for a spare part for your vehicle and you cannot find it in your local market, don't worry. We are here for you. Contact us and request a quote. Do not forget to include the following information in your request: vehicle brand, year, model, part name, part number (if you have it available) and reference photo. An assistant will contact you to give you the best price on the market.

What Is The Average Waiting Period Before I Receive My Car?

The time taken to ship your car will depend on the shipping schedule that is provided by the carrier. It is also dependent on your location. Cars are shipped on vessels as it becomes available. This could take up to 8 weeks after purchase.

Should I Purchase A Vehicle For $3000, What Are The Tax Costs I Can Expect To Pay?

The additional charges you can expect to pay on the price of your vehicle is location/country dependent. Import duties, freight charges, clearance and additional regulatory costs are separate from the invoice. It is important to make financial provision for these additional charges.

Can I Cancel My Purchase At Any Stage?

You can cancel your order no with extra charge if you have not submitted payment. Once you submit payment you can cancel your order, however a cancel penalty of 10% of the total value of the car, the minimal amount being $500, will apply.
